:: HK Style Cuisine @ Food Unzipped ::

... Hong Kong was under the colonisation of so many different countries, which are, the Europeans, Japanese, Portugese, Italian, France, and etc. Thus they have came up with so many different kinds of innovative food and beverages. Like the famous "Fire Pineapple Bun" which appears to be the Hong Kong people's favourite food for breakfast. It also is best served with a cup of "Ying Yong" - mixture of tea and coffee.

"Fire Pineapple Bun" is basically a butter baked bun stuffed with a slice of chilled butter. Dipping it with the "Ying Yong" will make it the perfect combination. Others like the HK style French Toast is also one of the all-time-favourites by Honkies during tea break.
