Oriental Cuisine
Chinese cuisine, also known as Oriental Cuisine, originated from the various regions of China and has become widespread in many other parts of the world - from Asia to America, Australia, Western Europe and Southern Africa. Japanese Cuisine
Japanese cuisine has developed over the centuries as a result of many political and social changes. The cuisine eventually changed with the advent of the Medieval age which ushered in a shedding of elitism with the age of Shogun rule.

Western Cuisine
European cuisine, or alternatively Western cuisine is a generalized term collectively referring to the cuisines of Europe and other Western countries. European cuisine includes that of Europe and to some extent Russia, as well as non-indigenous cuisines of North America, Australasia, Oceania, and Latin America. The term is used by East Asians to contrast with Asian styles of cooking. This is analogous to Westerners referring collectively to the cuisines of Asian countries as Asian cuisine. When used by Westerners, the term may refer more specifically to cuisine in Europe; in this context, a synonym is Continental cuisine, in British English.
The cuisines of Western countries are diverse by themselves, although there are many different characteristics that distinguishes Western cooking from cuisines of Asian countries and others.

Malaysian Cuisine
Malaysian cuisine basically are food that originated from this country. As people know, Malaysia is a federation that consists of thirteen states and three federal territories in Southeast Asia with a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometres (127,355 sq mi).
The capital city is Kuala Lumpur, while Putrajaya is the seat of the federal government. The population stands at over 27 million with a multi-racial communities.

Italian Cuisine
The Italian cuisine we know today has evolved over the centuries with its roots traced back to 4th century BC. Significant changes occurred with discovery of the New World which helped shape much of what is known as Italian cuisine today with the introduction of items such as potatoes, tomatoes, bell pepper and maize, which are all central parts of the cuisine but not introduced in scale until the 18th century.

HK Style Cuisine
Hong Kong, officially the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, is a territory located in Southern China in East Asia, bordering the province of Guangdong to the north and facing the South China Sea to the east, west and south.
It has a population of 7 million people but only 1,108 square kilometer of land, making it one of the most densely populated areas in the world.

Fusion cuisine is general term for the combination of various forms of cookery, the concept can take several forms. One approach is regional fusion that combines the cuisine of a region or sub-region into a single eating experience.
